Juventus are on course for a remarkable eighth Italian league title in a row and this weekend face a tricky test away to an out-of-form Genoa side, who sit 13th in Serie A.

Max Allegri’s Juventus are in imperious form in Serie A this season – they are unbeaten in the league campaign and have drawn just three of their 27 matches.

They are a whopping 18 points clear of second-placed Napoli with just 11 matches to go in Serie A and their title is expected to be confirmed far in advance of the final day.

Genoa by contrast are struggling form – they have won just one of their last six Serie A matches and three of their last 21 in a run stretching back to September.

The loss of striker Krzysztof Piątek to Milan in January has not helped matters but they remain five positions and nine points clear of immediate relegation danger.

The visitors will be huge favourites to take all three points once more despite not possessing home advantage, as they hold superior form and quality over Genoa.

The away side are favourites to win this game and this should be relatively comfortable – a 2-0 triumph for Allegri’s side would appear a likely outcome from it.

Betting Tips

Genoa are one of just three sides who have managed to take points off Juve this season following their 1-1 draw in Turin earlier in the campaign. Despite their lack of victories recently, Cesare Prandelli’s side have lost just one of their last seven league games and, with home advantage, this could prove to be one of the best online betting odds of the weekend.

Juve have conceded just twice in their past five Serie A games while Genoa are still figuring how to score at a reasonable rate without the goals of Piatek.

Head to Head
Perhaps somewhat surprisingly, Genoa secured a 1-1 draw in Turin back in October when Daniel Bessa earned a point for the visitors following Cristiano Ronaldo’s opening goal for Juve. Genoa’s last win in the fixture was a 3-1 victory back in November 2016.

  • Juventus have dropped just two points on the road all seasons – collecting a remarkable 37 points from their 13 away matches in Serie A to date.
  • Max Allegri’s side need just 16 points from their 11 remaining league fixtures to clinch the title.
  • Genoa have lost just one of their last seven league fixtures but conversely have won just three of their last 21 – they have a total of nine Serie A draws this campaign.
  • Genoa’s 2-0 defeat against Milan in January was their only loss at their home ground in their previous eight matches.
