Score: 2-1.

One of the most intriguing matches of the Premier League weekend sees top-four chasing Manchester United play host to mid-table West Ham United, in a clash the home side are favourites to win.

Manchester United’s form has recently dipped after a fantastic start to life under new manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer – losing three of their last four matches.

However, under the Norwegian has transformed the fortunes of the Red Devils, who are back in contention for a top four spot after being well adrift when Jose Mourinho was dismissed in December.

United are three points from third-placed Spurs while they are also within touching distance of both Chelsea and Arsenal in the race for the top four spots.

West Ham are also a side who are struggling for form, having won just three of their last 11 matches and having lost three of their last five.

The hosts will be favourites to continue their push towards a Champions League finish to possessing home advantage, superior form and quality over the Hammers.

The home side are favourites to win this game although it may not be comfortable – a 2-0 triumph for the Manchester side would appear a likely outcome from it.
