Craven Cottage. Tottenham Hotspur will look to get back to winning ways in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon when they take on Fulham in a London derby at Craven Cottage.

Tottenham Hotspur’s dreams of lifting the Premier League trophy for the first time have been dealt a serious blow after back-to-back home defeats to Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United.

Mauricio Pochettino’s men are now nine points adrift of pace-setters Liverpool – a gap which may prove to be insurmountable.
But Spurs will be hoping their away form continues on Sunday afternoon, having recorded five wins and a draw from their last six on the road in all competitions.

Fulham were unable to give their survival ambitions a boost as they went down 2-1 at fellow strugglers Burnley last weekend, courtesy of two own goals.

They remain inside the bottom three – five points behind Cardiff City in 17th place.
Tottenham need to bounce back from last weekend’s bitterly disappointing result to maintain any hope of a title bid and they should win 2-0 at Craven Cottage.

Betting Tips

Fulham have improved defensively of late. Indeed, in their defeat to Burnley at the weekend, the Cottagers managed to prevent the Clarets from having a single shot on target. Tottenham have been free-scoring on the road of late but won’t be at full strength going forward with the impressive Son Heung-Min away on international duty with South Korea.

Tottenham have prevented their opponents from scoring in four of their last six away matches in all competitions. Fulham may have a decent scoring record of late, but tend to struggle to hit the back of the net against Spurs at Craven Cottage. Betting sites are aware that they’ve scored just one in their last three home matches against Tottenham but still offer a decent price.

Head to Head

Tottenham Hotspur have won every one of their last four fixtures against Fulham, including a 3-1 win at Wembley Stadium back in August. The Cottagers last claimed victory way back in March 2013, with a Dimitar Berbatov goal against his former employers enough to secure a 1-0 win. But Fulham haven’t beaten Tottenham on home turf since a 4-0 FA Cup win in January 2011.

  • Fulham’s Aleksandar Mitrovic has had 78 shots this season – more than any other Premier League player.
  • Tottenham have scored more goals away from home than any other Premier League team (28).
  • Fulham have completed 9,789 passes this season, with only the Premier League’s top six teams making more.
  • Tottenham have lost two Premier League home games in a row for the first time in almost four years.
